Research preview. The perception pipeline still produces too many split tracks and unstable trails for production use. We are continuing to improve its clustering and tracking; for now, this is a view of the work rather than a finished result.
Grey points map the street. Coloured boxes and trails are the perception pipeline's current estimate of each road user's position, size, direction and speed; they can split or wander while the tracking work continues. LiDAR records no images, faces or number plates. The point is to understand traffic, not to start collecting people's personal lives by accident.

About the data
A Hesai Pandar40P recorded the street. The perception pipeline produced the source VRLOG; this page loads smaller static exports. The opening 30 seconds add the measured foreground points. Boxes, trails and the timeline always come from the full tracked recording, so they do not change source when the points fade away. Playback follows recorded timestamps because the sensor does not turn at a perfectly fixed rate.
